		<description>I find that the depression I feel when I complete a project and have nothing else on the burner is quite different than the depression I feel when am in the midst of a true major depressive episode. With the latter it&#039;s much easier to get back in the saddle as it were and create again. However, when I am in the throes of a major depressive episode, I do not have the energy or powers of concentration to create anything meaningful.
